Recreation Center
Green Trails Estates own the Recreation Center at Shillington Drive and Fry Road. It consists of an Olympic-size swimming pool and two tennis courts. Use of these facilities is allowed to all Estates of Green Trails residents in good standing who have paid their annual maintenance fee.
Only residents who have been issued Pool/Tennis Court Access Cards from Sterling ASI are admitted into the pool and allowed to use the tennis courts.
The pool normally opens the first full weekend in May and is open Saturday and Sunday until school is out.
Tennis Courts
Any Green Trails Estates resident with a Pool/Tennis Court Access Card can use the tennis courts.
Tennis Court Hours:
7:30 AM until 10:00 PM
Rollerblades, skateboards, or any other wheeled vehicles are not allowed on the courts any time.
Swimming Parties “At this time we are unable to process requests for pool party reservations”
The Green Trails Estates pool is located on Shillington and Greenwind Chase at Fry Road. The pool is accessible only with current Estates of Green Trails Access Cards. An access card can be obtained by filling out the Recreation Center Access Form and returning it to Sterling ASI.
Pool Parties
Parties at the pool are always fun and we know you will follow the rules for scheduling and having parties.
1. Only Green Trails Estates residents with valid pool cards can use the pool for parties.
2. There is a $100.00 charge, and a $300.00 refundable deposit for use of the facilities after hours or on closed days. The check should be made to Green Trails Estates HOA and mailed with the signed Recreation Center Contract to: Sterling ASI, One Avalon Place, Sugar Land, TX 77479. The phone number is 832-678-4500.
3. Call Sterling at 832-678-4500 to schedule the party. In cases of parties of 16 or more people, the homeowner must sign a recreational facility use contract prior to the party. (Link above)
4. After calling the Sterling, the homeowner must make arrangements with Greater Houston Pool Management at haveapoolparty.com to hire the lifeguard(s)needed for the party (1 guard for every 10 guests). Two weeks notice must be given to assure availability. The homeowner is responsible for payment of lifeguard services in advance.
